Failure: The Key to Montessori Entrepreneurship
The Theory of Failing
Initial Pre-Recorded Webinar
January 23 at 4pm CETÂ
The ability to embrace mistakes and learn from failure are cornerstone Montessori principles and also key to a successful Montessori entrepreneurship. Yet when we dream of starting a Montessori project, we often find ourselves stuck in a cycle of perfectionism—constantly preparing, planning, and refining, but hesitating to take the leap into action. Why? Because we’re afraid. Afraid we might fail, lose money, or upset others.

 My Experience With Failure...
who am i to lecture on learning to fail?
I’m someone who spent a big part of my life in fear of failure, not because I was afraid of trying but because I was terrified of what people might think if I made a mistake. I built walls around myself, trying to be perfect. It was exhausting. But one day, I realized that by living this way, I was failing to be myself. So I made a decision: I would let go of the need to look perfect and start living boldly, imperfectly, and authentically. I’ve stumbled more times than I can count, and I’ve learned to welcome each failure with a smile on my face, knowing this is how I grow. That’s why I’m here—to share how I’ve learned to fail, to help you learn from your mistakes, and to actually fall in love with failing.
